By accessing or using Slee Studio at sleestudio.com, operated by Slee Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

Slee Studio uses the YouTube API Services provided by Google LLC. By using any features that access or display YouTube content or data, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your use of YouTube API Services through our platform is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google security settings.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Violate the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube API Services Terms of Service

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Slee Automation. Content you create using the Service (scripts, thumbnails, brand profiles) remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content and data surfaced through YouTube API Services reflect data available through YouTube's public API at the time of access. Outlier scores and performance metrics are independently calculated by Slee Studio and are not provided by or endorsed by YouTube.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slee Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed on a subscription basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
